Jason Brodeur was raised in Seminole County, and is a product of their outstanding school system. He then graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Food & Resource Economics and later earned his Masters of Business Administration from there as well.
He served in Florida House of Representatives 2010-2018, and served as the Chairman of the Health and Human Services policy and appropriations committees. Representative Brodeur also served on the Transportation and Economic Development Subcommittee, Energy & Utilities Subcommittee, the Select Committee on Gaming, the Select Committee on Water and the State Affairs Committee. He also served as Chairman of the Government Operations subcommittee where he focused on pension reform and as Chairman of the Health Innovation subcommittee where he focused on insurance reform.
He has also served at the pleasure of the Executive Branch as an appointed member of the Governor’s Committee on Government Efficiency and the Citizen’s Safety Task Force. Prior to his service in the House, Jason received gubernatorial appointments and served on the Medicaid Pharmaceutical and Therapeutics Committee, the 18th Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission.
Jason is currently President/CEO of the Seminole County Regional Chamber of Commerce and attends St. Andrews Chapel in Sanford.
Patrick J. Casey, TTX Company
Patrick J. Casey is Vice President, Fleet Management with TTX Company. He is responsible for the planning, acquisition and management for the Company’s fleet of over 250,000 freight railcars. Pat joined TTX in 2000 as Director, Forecasting and Planning. He was named Assistant Vice President, Forecasting and Planning in 2005 and assumed his current responsibilities in 2007.
Pat has 36 years of experience in the railroad industry. Prior to joining TTX, he spent 17 years with CSX Corporation. He started his career with Chessie System Railroads in the market research department, later holding positions in forecasting and marketing at CSX Transportation. He then worked for ten years for CSX Intermodal in a variety of marketing and planning positions.
Pat holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Towson University and a master’s degree in economics, from the University of Delaware. He also earned the Certified Business Economist™ designation from the National Association for Business Economics. He is a member of the Intermodal Association of North America and the Conference of Business Economists, where he recently served as chairman. Pat has also served on the board of directors for the University of Denver Transportation Institute and for the Railway Supply Institute.
Mark Wallace Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing CSX Corporation
Mark Wallace was appointed Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing in July 2018 to lead the company’s commercial organization, as well as real estate and facilities functions. He joined CSX as Executive Vice President of Corporate Affairs and Chief of Staff in spring 2017 and was named Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer in January 2018.
Prior to joining CSX, he served as the Vice President of Corporate Affairs and Chief of Staff at Canadian Pacific, a role he was appointed to in July 2012. While at Canadian Pacific, Wallace was responsible for the law department, corporate communications and public affairs, investor relations, facilities and real estate functions as well as overseeing the efficient operations within the president and Chief Executive Officer’s office.
Prior to his time at Canadian Pacific, Wallace spent more than 15 years in various senior management positions with Canadian National (CN). At CN, he led the public affairs function in both Canada and the U.S., and prior to that, he was the Chief of Staff in the office of the president and Chief Executive Officer.
